In May 2013 Geoff Dutton organised an adventure to travel to Southern Mozambique and paddle the Incomati River from the border of South Africa to the coastal city of Maputo.
Despite being such a major river in the area, conditions were largely unknown and information gleaned, unreliable. Geoff, despite the 'advice' of more seasoned paddlers, took 5 friends of varying levels of paddling experience on the river with him. Some had never paddled more than 18km before. I went with to document this first and record the adventure.
This is a brief look at what when down whilst I cut it all together.
