Second year game design project @ Hanzehogeschool Groningen, Communication systems, major Gaming
Client: Technasium, Zernike College, Haren, the Netherlands(secondary school)
Assignment: design an educative game targeted at first grade secondary school students to explain the basics of a plan of requirements. Focus on technological aspects of a plan of requirements rather than esthetics and finances. Feedback of the client was very important for our client.
Solution: design a shoe for a client; players have to set up a list of requirements that fit the clients need explained at the start of the game.
They can get help by going through deskresearch items and by playing an inquiry-throwing game-element.
Deskresearch delivers them knowledge about materials, functional requirements and aspects like the size of shoes for their target group.
