Experience the mix of commerce and religion in Asakusa. Senso-ji Temple is one of the more popular tourist destinations in Tokyo, with the giant Kaminarimon (Thunder Gate) being the main attraction.
Kappabashi-dori is a less-known destination. This street is known for its many stores that cater to restaurant owners. The most interesting thing to see at Kappabashi-dori are the shops that sell not real food but, rather, plastic displays of real food. These displays are the ones that owners would place outside their restaurants to attract customers.
