Titled simply, 'The Scottish Project' the film is made up for three intertwined stories from in and around the Scottish Borders, home for the last 15 years or so. I believe the Scottish Borders area is a hugely under valued area of the British landscape in terms of photography, film, art, music, wildlife, natural history, etc., etc.
The film, all 30 minutes of it, aims to document what can be found within a stones through of the average front door in the Scottish Borders. Filmed within 500 meters of my parents house (I have now moved to Germany), I put together a documentary of the local wildlife, local area and the local people using almost exclusively local music.
