Digital Cinematic Revolutions

"Lighting & Focal Length" is a short presentation style film put together to show differences in Classical Film Lighting Theory Styles. We tested styles/theories from such Classical Directors/Theorists as Bresson, Metz, Arnheim & Bizan. We also ventured into the study of Focal Lengths, and how each choice in focal length will determine a certain look and feel of a scene. Near the end we touch on a Cinematographer that was a true artist when it comes to classical film theory, James Wong Howe. This is an example of taking Film Theory (which we all learn in Film School) and applying it to Production practices.
