Shot on location in Halifax and Dartmouth, Canada, No One's Watching is a gritty short film that takes us through the balancing act of ethics and desperation in times that host what is considered the worst financial crisis since the great depression.
No One's Watching is a student film written and directed by Justin Tomchuk, representing the NSCAD University Film Academy in his final year of his undergraduate degree. Financed with the help of friends, family and several Halifax based organizations, the film was shot in a short period of five days with a small, but highly talented crew of filmmakers in November of 2011.
