After being shut down three times last season and with temperatures rising, we knew the time was right to finally slay the beast! I set out on a Saturday morning with Dave Gardner and Eric Internicola with Notch Top couloir as our primary objective and Dragontail being our backup. With temps rising fast we knew Notch Top was probably going to be too soft and we knew that it was going to be Dragontail instead. The snow was already really soft at 11am and destabilizing quickly. Things got worse when I lost my ski after a short rock scramble, but we all made it down safe and stoked for an aweomse (steep) spring ski. Enjoy!
