During the winter holiday season statistics indicates the suicide rate increases as people tend to feel more pressured and unable to cope with things happening in their lives and the world. While some are festive and joyous, others see only gloom and despair and see suicide as their only way out. On this episode, our guests share their personal stories about how they each lost a brother to suidice. They talk about how it made them feel and their own sense of failure. Questions like: Should they have noticed the warning signs? What could they have done do prevent it from happening? How do they handle it when people ask about their brother's suicide? This episode attempts to open up the floor for discussion and remove the taboo associated with suicide, particularly in the African American community.
