This was the final artwork I exhibited for my Doctoral research project "Development and Evaluation of Participant Centered Biofeedback Artworks", and was a collaboration with two PhD researchers from UTS Creativity & Cognition studios: Lizzie Muller and Greg Turner.
The work translates breathing and heart rate data from sensors on the participants body into sounds and patterns, and invites people to explore interactions between thoughts, feelings and physiology, based on autonomically mediated changes in heart-rate patterning and breathing pattern.
