A WEREHAUS x surfeture Original:
Big Sur is a special place not far from our own backyard. We've recently spent some time there on a few camping trips with the goal of making a short surf film. Unfortunately, the conditions rarely aligned for us – and the one day that they finally did we were too busy surfing to film much of anything. As a result, we began to explore Henry Miller's relationship with Big Sur. This piece hopes to shed some light on his personal philosophies and how they should serve as a reminder to all of us that it's okay to slow things down and spend more time outside, floating on the river of life.
"Now it's man naked before the world, and it's up to him to save himself." --Henry Miller
