In 1998 Josh was diagnosed with Epilepsy. After an initial brain operation in 2002, he continued to both strive to live a normal life and suffer the ill effects of multipul seizures almost daily. At several points in Josh's journey he would be having 30 seizures a day! In March of 2012, Josh was admitted to the Royal Childrens Hospital in Melbourne, and on May 15 he underwent a major 14.5 hour surgery to remove 24 areas from his right side of his brain! There are so many miracles that have happened over this time, trips to the ICU, close calls on the ward and yet the whole time Jesus was there being our comfort and Josh never lost his sense of humor!
