As seen from the apartment on an 800mm mirror lens. Watch in HD to see all the black dots. The weather nuked it. It was clear right until sunset, then high clouds moved in without enough time to drive anywhere. It would have taken driving south to get the sunset.
Was surprised to find sunspots visible in the underexposed shots, but invisible in the properly exposed shots. They needed to be underexposed to reveal the most detail. It wasn't underexposed enough until the histogram was way at the bottom.
It was a game of overexposing when the clouds moved in & hoping they didn't move away. The clouds moved away at the right moment to overexpose the sunset.
