This is an experimental video for the Weekend Project group. It's called a Stredit or "straight edit." Where I use every picture I took during a particular photo shoot. These photos were taken in Claysville, Alabama.
This wistful video refers to a near-forgotten time. A viewer may wonder what the connection is between the two decaying old ships, the vast field with rolling bells of hay, the singular disintegrate rust colored barn, and the photographer (myself). One could even find their own connection to these nostalgic elements. Besides nostalgia, a conjecture of isolation lingers throughout the video.
Hope you enjoy this personal experimental "Stredit" video.
