The title says it all - a timelapse compilation of 42 hours of stars and the Milky Way, condensed into 3 and a half minutes.
Shot at various locations outside of Brisbane, Australia, and Fiji, the 42 hours represents the actual time spent sitting shooting under the stars, then replayed back at 24 frames per second. The majority of photos were 30 second exposures with a 5 second interval which means it takes 14 minutes of shooting for 1 second of finished footage. Almost 4500 individual shots make up the finished compilation.
Music written and recorded by myself (subset.com.au).
