I had been wanting to test out Lpowell's "Flomotion" patch but didn't want to do the usual leaves, bushes, local flora...
...so my girlfriend and I decided to throw together a little dramatic scene. Wrote it in about 10 minutes, filmed in an hour.
This is shot using "Flowmotion" at the 24H settings. ISO varies from 160 - 1600. I used a Canon FD 24mm f2.8 lens, cheapo Targus tripod and handheld. We also used a little z96 LED light for some of the darker shots where we needed a little fill light, but for the most part it's all natural lighting.
I'm very pleased with the original footage. The motion is certainly better than the stock firmware could have done. There is some slight grading done in AE, but I'm no colorist AND I was in a hurry to get this done.
Many thanks to Lpowell for a great patch, and Vitaly Kiselev for making all this possible by opening up the GH2.
Music is a combination of Pro Scores and sound effects found on the web.
Finally, I want to thank my girlfriend, Alma, for being such a good sport and indulging me. I love you sweetie!
