Tried out James Miller’s GH4 settings using Cine V to create a flat image profile. I tweaked the settings by doing - 5 contrast and -2 + 2 Highlight Shadow. I am pleased with the results so far and the image is better for grading than what I was getting out of the camera before by just doing -5 -5 -5 -5 on Cine D. Also, there is less noise coming out of the image when turning on i.Dynamic and i.Resolution. Here is some before and after shots with CINE V and CINE D settings. Mostly shot at 96 FPS, one shot in 4K. Everything was recorded in camera.
