Lucas, Mateo, Juan and Jesús are the best of friends. There isn't anything they wouldn't do for each other, so when Jesús is unceremoniously dumped by his girlfriend Paula, the lads decide to intervene by offering a drastic change of scenery for their seemingly heartbroken friend.

A few days away in New York seems exactly what's called for, but the trip doesn't quite go as planned when it emerges that Paula was actually having an affair with one of the group behind Jesús' back. As the men's friendships unravel, loyalty is called into question and the full reality of what's been going on begins to surface.

From actor-writer-director Antonio Muñoz de Mesa comes a wry low-budget comedy about the politics of gender. The film does not shy away from portraying the less savoury facets of the men's excesses, and its narrative extremes won't find favour with those who prefer a more subtle approach to filmmaking. The sharp humour and fresh performances of the ensemble cast however offer a highly amusing take on the familiar tale of 'men behaving badly'.
