Pamilacan is located of the Western coast of Bohol, surrounded by reefs and home to more than 2000 fishing villagers.
Traditionally, these fishermen have gained local reputation for hunting prey as large as manta rays and whale sharks using only their tiny boats and free diving alongside them.
