This is a test run of:
-Taking the kinect depth map.
-Creating an OpenCL based 3D point cloud from the depth info. The points are actually so dense that it's hard to see individual points; I could have lessened the point count to see discrete points.
-Taking the kinect's color cam and using it to give a quick color texture to the mesh.
-Rendering the resulting mesh stereoscopically with anaglyph technique.
I used my trusty "Miley Cyrus" anaglyph 3D glasses to test, and I would recommend viewing fullscreen for the full anaglyph effect; I kept the i.o small, so it's not too pronounced as a small image. I also realized later that the aspect ratio was a little off - little bit too wide.
