Hummel Building Gets Renewed Life
Vice-Mayor Roxanne Qualls and project partners cut ribbon on new development
WHAT: As part of the continuing revitalization of Over-the-Rhine, the City, 3CDC and Grandin properties unveil the newly renovated Hummel building. Originally built in the 1870’s, the building is now home to 4 condominiums and 1900 square feet of first floor restaurant space. Priced in the upper $200,000’s, these condominiums offer views of Washington Park and many architectural amenities.
