In this video, Lauren Hall reviews the Sleep Time app. This app for iOS and android, tracks your sleep by tracking your movements in bed. Lauren gained new awareness of her sleep habits with the app, but in the end would recommend checking out two other applications, Sleep Bot and Sleep Cycle.
