The Quantified Self

Reinvention is overrated, weight loss is all about course correction. In recent years, technology has allowed us to record and monitor a veritable torrent of data about our activities, performance, and a plethora of other parameters. Tracking what you eat, however, is a quagmire of habits, prejudice, and external influences. This short talk will deal with some of the issues surrounding device-aided weight loss.
