Depression Prevention Program: Powder Skiing Therapy
Based on extensive clinical studies the best prevention method for depression proved to be skiing. The deeper the snow and the powdery it is, the longer lasting the effects of the therapy. Doctors recommend that deep fluffy powder should be ingested at least twice per week throughout the winter season.
It certainly helped me and I took GoPro onboard to share the kind of therapy that works best: A perfect and joyful ride!
