Around 2004, I was testing out and experimenting with an old super 8 camera. Frank Lloyd Wright's crumbling Ennis House seemed like the perfect subject. You will probably notice a lot of erratic camera moves and zooms. I was trying my best to imitate one of my cinematic heroes, Ken Russell. In recent years, the Ennis House has been gradually restored. When going though my stuff recently, I came across this cut film and thought just maybe people would enjoy seeing this old footage. I also thought, this could be a minor historical document. I had a HD digital transfer made of the film, which my friend, John Ledbetter, generously color corrected. Hope you enjoy. Thanks you for watching. And I apologize if you get dizzy.
