"Wiederbelebungsmaßnahmen oder die Liebe zu Altkleidern" tells a story of recovery, that of the resuscitation of old and worn clothes, brought back to life as fashion creations by designer duo SCHMIDTTAKAHASHI. The brand was founded by two women who come from faraway lands, Eugenie from Tajikistan and Mariko from Japan. They work in their Berlin studio with disused pieces of clothing and fabric, full of the information and life experience of who has worn them before. SCHMIDTTAKAHASHI is a fashion project which tells stories - those of everyday people.
