I woke up this morning to a beautiful, if not cold, autumnal day here in Westcliff-on-Sea in the UK. So I packed up my F3 and headed out to my local woods to grab some footage. Sadly the sdi lead to the Samurai snapped whilst I was walking out there (tip: uplug leads during transit!) so I had to record to the internal cards which was a shame. The light was great and you only get about two hours of it in this part of the world at this time of year. It would have been lovely to had help and used my wally-dolly as well (tracking shots would have looked awesome) but I'm pleased I went out all the same. All filmed on a RED 17-55mm which offers you a really nice range in one piece of glass. Best wishes, Sparky.
