first cooking recipe video attempt: Kabocha soup カボチャスープ which I had for the first time in Shizuoka 静岡 with fresh lobster :)
-recorded with a Nikon D90, music tracks from Takagi Masakatsu albums
-recipe is my own creation influenced by other kabocha soup recipes I've tasted and read about
- forgot to mention to add shrimp shells to the boiling water after the konbu, add as much as you feel necessary, some people like a very strong shrimp taste some don't!
-its also nice to garnish with a bit of chopped parsley, but I didn't have any on hand :(
