Fresh from the Eternal City, something inspired by my friend Michael Chorney's excellent original composition, "Cresting." In Rome one cannot elude the palpable antiquity of things, and I couldn't help but focus on the contrast between those ancient and patient stones and we short-lived and hurried humans moving among them.
This is the latest trial run in my early production efforts and feedback from you guys for a noobie is welcome. Learning curve still steep. Latest lesson from this go-around: never use autofocus.
Shot on JVC GYHM100. Mostly shot in strong clear sun, some strong overcast. No tripod (evident in some shots), but a backpack works pretty well in a pinch.
