Heather Hansen has helped hundreds of people – from warehouse workers to C-suite executives – advance their careers through improved communication skills and greater self-confidence. With degrees in international communication and languages, as well as advanced studies in training and development, she has been providing communication training in Singapore since 2006. In this short time, she has become a recognised authority on proper pronunciation, English language use, public speaking and interpersonal skills.
Heather’s first book, 'Powerful People Skills: How to form, build and maintain stronger, long-lasting relationships' presents Heather's winning approach to interpersonal communication.
She is also a contributing author to '88 Essential Secrets for Workplace Success', 'Great Expatations: Don't Chop My Passport and Other Stories' (Heather wrote the story, Don't Chop My Passport) and 'Success 365'.
Although originally from the United States, Heather has spent most of her adult life abroad, living and working in several countries in Europe and Asia. She currently lives with her husband and 2 daughters in Singapore, where she runs her own successful company – Hansen Communication Lab.
