Twenty-two years old, based in London. Jack found his way into filmmaking from an earlier interest in painting. After joining an Art Foundation course in 2010, he began experimenting with the moving image and has since developed a fascination for its expanding nature, and its potential to encompass so many forms of media and performance. Though unsure of a specific route to take in the field, Jack's interests currently lie in the art and poetics of short-format work. He recently undertook an internship at the British Film Institute on London's Southbank and his debut short film The Gulf of Narcolepsy (2014) will be screening at the 2015 London Short Film Festival. Jack graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Filmmaking BA from Kingston University.
