He has extensive experience developing online content including, Web site copy, podcasting scripts, blog entries, blog commenting plans, and news releases optimized for search engines. Kipp’s successful online public relations and content delivery strategies have helped companies improve organic search engine rank, brand reputation, Web site traffic, customer communication, as well as support media relations and help build customer communities. Kipp works with clients to develop online monitoring systems to ensure that clients are informed of online conversations taking place around their brand.
His social media experience includes the development of strategy and tactics utilizing corporate blogs, podcasts, online reputation management, blogger relations, social bookmarking, microblogging platforms, RSS, social media optimization, social networks, online video sharing and other web-based forms of communication.
In addition to online public relations expertise Kipp has also worked extensively with clients in a traditional public relations capacity, which has included media relations, crisis communications, speech writing, and investor relations. His media relations experience includes work with local, regional, and national print and broadcast publications.
Kipp obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with an emphasis in public relations, from Marshall University in Huntington, W.Va.
