Kyle Broom is a philosopher and film maker whose work focuses on the broad implications of technology on art, politics and knowledge. His most recent project, Tabloid Vivant, a feature film about paintings that come to life and kill people, won the Audience Award for Best Feature at the Cinema at the Edge Film Festival in 2015. He also wrote and directed the short film "Prevention of Injury (POI)", which Werner Herzog has praised as "highly subversive and very accomplished". Herzog subsequently invited Kyle to screen the film at "Rogue Film School". Kyle is currently writing his next project, a horror science fiction trilogy entitled Goldilocks.
