Having been blessed to an amazing family;; Mother,, Father, Sister and Brothers. I grew up in the small town of 45,000 when I was born in "54". I began my career on stage at the age of fourteen and since have played all over the country and in Europe in about 50 plays. I did my STOCK years as they say while on the boards in Modesto, CA with the first major summer stock companies I was blessed to be in.
We did the great Musicals I played Leads and Supprting leads in 10 musicals from 1969 to 1979 when my youngest brother ldied I packed my bags and sold my things and hitch hiked across the country to New York City where I began my professional pursuit as a performer. Audition after Audition. Class after Class. My first summer i was hired to dance in Hello Dollly and Fiddler on The Roof. I contiued that with more classes, auditions. When i did my first lead in a dramatic classic, A Hatful of Rain.
I was then hired to understudy with gaurrentee take over of the lead in the European Tour of West Side Story as Bernardo and a Shark. When I left New York in 1985 to go to Santa Fe. I did my first pilot, a western called Independence, But my claim to fame is my performance as Elvis on the Gong show. Since my debut on television in 1975 I have gone on to do 20 films, 15 commercials and 10 television shows as Lead and Supporting Leads as a SAG / AFTRA / AEA / imdb.com/marcsiciliani.
I now am currently writing a number screenplays I hope to get produced in the following years. It is a rough and tumble world out there but "DREAMS DO COME TRUE"!
