Founder of the Manhattan-based Eye Is A Thief Productions, Marc has penned three feature-length scripts and written and directed five cutting-edge short films. His psychological thriller, "Impostor," produced in collaboration with Oscar-winning cinematographer Daniel Katz, won Best Short at both the Coney Island Film Festival and the Rhode Island International Horror Film Festival, as well as Best Screenplay at the Real to Reel International Film Festival. A published poet and Directors Guild member, he has art directed for "ABC News Nightline" and script supervised on commercial shoots for VH1 and Discovery Channel. A magna cum laude graduate of The College of New Jersey with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Philosophy, Masciandaro was selected as a finalist in the Disney/ABC-DGA Directing Program and placed in the top five in a national Buffalo Wild Wings commercial competition. An accomplished video editor, Marc is currently co-producing and editing "The Cadillac Tramps: Life on the Edge," a feature-length rock doc slated to premiere in March of 2016.
