Maximiliano Braun is a photojournalist and multimedia producer based in London. His work mainly concentrates on expanding Stay With Me with short multimedia documentaries produced worldwide and a full length documentary film. He likes to explore the social consequences of medical conditions and just now officially presents the personal story that spawned this particular interest, Dad. His short term objective is now focused to finish the Stay With Me project.

In 2009, he won the Student Getty Images Grant for Editorial Photography for his long-term project Stay With Me, a commitment to high quality documentaries on the effect of brain injury in the family. He was awarded a merit in the Fujifilm Awards (2009) and honourable mentions at the Fotovisura Grants (2010) and the International Photo Awards (2010) for Stay With Me. He has an MA in documentary photography from the London College of Communication (2008) and had group exhibitions at the Royal Academy of Arts, the Cuming Museum, Exit Gallery, and the Printspace. He also had a solo exhibition at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Bolivia.

Throughout 2007 he was a visiting lecturer at the Universidad Evangelica Boliviana (UEB) and at the Universidad Privada de Bolivia (UPSA) as well as being a professor at the Fundacion Taller de Artes Visuales. Publications include the commissioned book, Concepcion, documenting the famous Jesuit mission town in the East of Bolivia, the Elephant and Castle: Community book (2009), After Modernity: Archaeological Approaches to the Contemporary Past (2010), 40 Years of Range Rover (2010) and Telegraph Magazine among others.
