Silvia è una video artista e una regista di Fashion Films. Ha realizzato i seguenti fashion films per il brand KENZO: Le surréalisme (2006), Natura Mater (2006), Tango (2007), Cherry blossom (2008), Queens (2009), Volcano (2010), Pink Flamingo (2010), The Good the Bad and the Handsome (2011); per il brand GUCCI: Nouvelle Vague (2010); per il brand Antonio Marras: il progetto 3D "Clementine à la mer" (2011); per il magazine UnFlop Paper: " 3 Dreams" (2012). Silvia ha esposto il progetto "Paradise Lost" per la sua personale presso la galleria "999 contemporary". "The Fate of Laszlo" (2012) fashion film per il brand Studiopretzel è stato finalista al festival ASVOFF (A shaded view on fashion film) a Milano. Tra gli altri fashion films realizzati "Narcissus" (2013) per il brand Vic Matié, 10 fashion films per la capsule collection Marras+Piquadro (2013), "Sick of Love" (2013) for Vogue Italia e "Celestial" (2013) per la stilista Ludovica Amati. Ha collaborato con i fotografi Mario Sorrenti, Paolo Roversi e Yelena Yemchuk.

Her last art project is the solo exhibition "Paradise Lost" (2012) at "999 Contemporary" Art Gallery in Rome."The fate of Laszlo" (2012) fashion film for the brand Studiopretzel was part of "A Shaded View On Fashion Film" Festival in Milan.
