As a freelance writer, editor and consultant, Stotler travels frequently to cover key industry events and provide market direction for a wide variety of clients. Her skills apply to both publications and product development, providing a focused assessment of the latest trends in fashion and culture.
Recent projects include hosting and styling a Spring 2011 Style Radar segment on Vogue TV, design and strategy consultation for Zazou, an internationally distributed scarf brand, creation and presentation of the “Ahead of the Trend” seminar for TIGI in collaboration with beauty educators MAINENTRANCE, and coverage of 2012 fashion weeks for both Style.com and Stylesight.com.
Ms. Stotler’s expertise is the result of a decade in trend forecasting and reporting, including over three years as Youth Market Editor for Stylesight.com and four years as a Trend Consultant for Peclers Paris.
A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, Ms. Stotler has also served as Women’s Market Editor for Anthem Magazine, assigning and writing numerous articles on fashion, nightlife, beauty and retail.
A talented designer as well, Ms. Stotler founded VonKottwitz Jewelry in 2004, handcrafting pieces featured in Elle, New York Magazine, Style.com, Interview, Dazed Digital, Lucky, Refinery 29, and many other outlets.
