I am currently a Graduate of a First Class Honours in Film Technology and Visual Effects at Birmingham City University. I am flexible, committed and well organised with key communication skills and a strong passion for Media and Technology, being awarded the CVP Prize 2013 for outstanding achievement in the area of film.
I currently work in Birmingham City University’s Marketing and Communications Department as a Film Producer and Post-Production Editor. In addition to this, I have recently directed my new short film, Recommended Purchase (please see goo.gl/A13PXh for more information). This project has developed a number of skills and seen me direct over twenty cast and crew. I have also recently worked on The 72-Hour Project, The Confusion of Tongues, as a Data PA for the feature film made in Birmingham within three days. In addition, I have had the opportunity to work with the award-winning Producer, Brendan O'Neill, as both a Location Photographer and Digital Imaging Technician as well as worked on the
I possess a variety of skills ranging from 1st Assistant Camera to Directing; Producing and Editing - all incorporating the 2D/3D visual effects and technological science that I have learnt over my degree. I am a polite, thought-provoking individual who believes that if you can put your mind to it, anything is possible. I am passionate about the work that I do and I am always prepared to bring fresh, creative ideas to any production.
