Ill be out of judo for that time, in body, but not in mind or spirit, and I know your dumbbell workout will be what I need to stay in shape for future success. Q: What About Kettlebells? Aren’t They Better Than Dumbbells?

A: No? Kettlebells aren’t BETTER than Dumbbells. And Dumbbells aren’t BETTER than Kettlebells. They are both tools that you may use to get in some of the best shape ever.
Just think…. If you hired a plumber to come to your home to fix your toilet and he showed up with nothing but a hammer. You’d be pretty upset.

Why?

Because you know that “one tool” cannot do the job. Such is the case with strength training. Just having one tool to do the job. If you want to be in “business”, you’re going to have to put some tools in your tool belt. Maximum Dumbbell Training is just the tool you need in order to help you get the job of getting yourself, your clients or your athletes in great shape.

Personally, everyone that I know who uses Kettlebells, uses Dumbbells as well. It’s just the smart thing to do for TOTAL Body Development. There are movements that you cannot do with a Kettlebell that you can do with a Dumbbell and vice versa. The Kettlebell is great but it DOES NOT allow you to train with speed like the Dumbbell.
You just cannot do 5 Kettlebell Snatches in less than 6 seconds like you can do with Dumbbell Snatches. When training for repetitive movements like in wrestling and martial arts, this is CRUCIAL. Nor can you do super fast Dumbbell Punches with a Kettlebell like you can with a Dumbbell. However, each apparatus has its place and if you only have Kettlebells, you will find this video very useful as well and you may decide to invest in a Dumbbell. Their cheap and heck, there are 10 Circuits on this video. That’s enough to keep you more than busy.

A: I understand you loud and clear. If there is one thing that I really wanted to accomplish with this video project it’s to make sure that it is for everyone. For that reason I made sure not only to include the exercises, but to provide 10 circuits that get progressively difficult as you progress. That way you can find your current fitness level and select the circuit and/or exercises that best suit you and then govern yourself accordingly. And you can progress at your own pace.

Q: Rhadi, I’m just coming off of a knee injury from wrestling. Will this video be able to me get back into “wrestling shape”.

A: Will it help you to get in wrestling shape? No, it won’t. It will help you to get stronger, faster, more explosive and more powerful. It will also allow you to jump higher, leap further, throw harder, and move better. But, no, it won’t get you into wrestling shape. In order to get into “wrestling shape”, you will have to wrestle! Now, The Maximum Dumbbell Training video can create an excellent platform for you to work from in order for you to get back on the mat. But it will not get you into “wrestling shape”. Q: Will I need any extra equipment? I know this is a dumbbell video, but will I need anything like a stability ball, a bench, or something like that? Rhadi, a lot of people make these videos and then after you get them, you find out that you need a bunch of other stuff in order to do the exercises. And to be completely honest with you that really pissses me off and I don’t want to be upset.

A: (laughing) I understand you don’t want to be upset and I don’t want you to be upset either (smile). And I know exactly what you mean. The last company I was associated with did that and I didn’t like it one bit. My goal is not to provide you with an “incomplete” resource. And I don’t like it when people use their videos and videos as running commercials to sell equipment. That’s not what I do. I’m here to give you a Dumbbell video that targets the whole body by utilizing DUMBBELLS.

Q: Rhadi, Is this a training video for professional athletes or is it for us regular people?

A: Great question. The answer is YES! It is for both groups of individuals.
As a strength and conditioning professional I can honestly tell you that in most cases, not all, but most – the exercise for the professional athlete and the “regular person” are absolutely the same. Let’s take a look at running. Running is for everyone, but professionals run a little bit more and a little bit harder than others.
Thus the difference in the workout is in the intensity not the exercise. The same goes for walking. Professional race walkers definitely walk faster than the casual exerciser who uses walking for its aerobic benefits, but walking is for EVERYONE, the intensity separates the professional athlete from the recreational athlete.
Therefore, Maximum Dumbbell Training is for everyone and I’ve made it for everyone. If you are an elite athlete or professional athlete, you can perform the exercises with heavier dumbbells and with less rest. If you are a “regular person” you can stick to the beginning circuits and the movements which are better for you and you can use very light dumbbells like those which weight 5, 10 or fifteen pounds.
So YES! Maximum Dumbbell Training is for everyone.

Q: All I really want to know is EXACTLY how long is the video and how much will it cost?

A: The video is 105 minutes. That’s 1 hour and 45 minutes. I currently charge and get $450.00 an hour for my time and if I came to your home to train you and specifically explain every exercise on the 10 Circuits on this video, you would easily run up a bill of a couple thousand dollars, but I’m really passionate about making sure that everyone has the tools in order to get in great shape. So, this price is really a steal!
