Pacific Rhythms is a painting demonstration with the Ray Roberts thinking out loud while he paints. Many of the foundations are covered with several key points to painting the ocean. Ray puts it all into words and explains each stroke and the process behind it. White water and reflective water, light and shadow on a wave and white water, these subjects come into play and understanding them is key to creating a believable seascape. His approach to painting water is to understand it. The value of this demonstration is in the observations and demonstrations shared visually and verbally from an experienced seascape painter.
