UPPER (The Upper Footage) is the first film experience of its kind. The film is an edited version of recovered footage documenting a young girl's death and subsequent cover-up by a group of affluent socialites.
What started as a blackmail plot played out over Youtube, became the biggest story in Hollywood, turned into a heavily controversial film property that was rumored to be held by some of the biggest names in Hollywood. Now after playing itself out in the media for 3 years it is finally available to the viewing public.
“Flawless. A must see film.”

-MITCHELL LONG, Examiner.com
“By the end of the film, the viewer is left to question whether or not the death that they witnessed was real.”
-MARK KRAWCZYK, WeLiveFilm.com

-JAMES van MAANEN, TrustMovies.com
“(The Upper Footage) has become a part of modern mythology. Every part of the film feels believable. While the media is hard at work creating our reality, it is wonderful to see a film’s ability to pull back the curtain and reveal that our lives are made up of rumors and gossip rather than fact.”
-SHAUN HUHN, HorrorMovies.ca
"The most raw found footage film since Hannibal Holocaust. I have a feeling this film will be talked about in the future."
-SAM HODGE, The Horror Appraisal
"I think I’ve witnessed an actual murder. "
