In October 2007, Shelley Davies and Or Shlomi quit their jobs, took a flight to New York, and bought a camera. They were determined to find out how the way we eat affects the planet. They embarked upon a road trip down the east coast of the US to interview leading scientists, professors, chefs, and farmers. During their five week journey, they started to question everything they knew about food. They discovered the environmental, humanitarian and medical costs of the food we eat every day.
