Problems Made Pointless are an Improvisation collective consisting of young artists. We explore improvisation as a technique which allows performers to express themselves creatively and spontaneously through the means of movement, speech, theatre, music and poetry to create a compositional performance. We are passionate about harnessing our individual skills to create a group performance as it unravels in the present moment, using no boundaries, no score, no rules. The spontaneity of our performances and the presentation of our instinctual reactions mean we can share a sense of honesty and humanity with our audience. Our ultimate aims are to change the way people perceive improvisation and make our performances accessible to everyone, hoping to achieve this through entertainment, promotion and education.
