Ron Scott is a lifelong lead guitarist and vocalist with over 35 years' experience performing in venues ranging from clubs to concert stages, having opened for the likes of Foreigner, Joan Jett, Head East, Dave Edmunds, and Black Oak Arkansas. Ron has showcased the famed Whisky aGoGo in Los Angeles for producer Tom (Twisted Sister, Cheap Trick) Werman, performed at SXSW in Austin TX, written and recorded 7 albums' worth of original material ranging from New Age to Metal, and taken his talents to countless clubs around the Midwest.
And now, he has focused his talent and experience by going solo as a one-man band. Using state-of-the-art equipment and software, combined with some of the most fun and enjoyable cover tunes on the planet, Ron produces a show that will fit either a full band-sounding party mode, or an intimate solo acoustic set. He is comfortable playing in the genres of Trop Rock, Country, Classic Rock, Acoustic, & Oldies.
Ron's setlist includes hits from some of the industry's biggest artists such as Jimmy Buffett, the Zac Brown Band, the Beatles, Johnny Cash, Florida Georgia Line, Eric Clapton, Wild Cherry, Garth Brooks, the Eagles, Kenny Chesney, Neil Diamond, Elvis Presley, Bob Marley, John Mayer, the Beach Boys, Brad Paisley, Pink Floyd, Tom Petty, Nine Inch Nails, and Van Halen.
