“Saving Health Seminars” was started with four goals in mind:
1. To organize the conflicting and often times confusing health related research presented to the public through
the media, health organizations etc..
2. To examine the interrelationship of the body and the mind as they aid each other in maintaining and
3. To consider how behavior, habits and motivation impact our health.
4. Lastly, conducting seminars and training sessions that provide practical information, to help those who
participate secure the benefits of health.
