In March of 2014, National Geographic, in partnership with Shell, convened a group of experts in Istanbul to discuss how we can power our cities sustainably. Here, attendees answer two questions: first, "Which three words come to mind when you think about the sustainable cities?" and second, "What is the most important thing we can do to make cities more liveable and sustainable in their use of energy?"
