Allow your senses to be overpowered by the amazing vistas from the top of Black Mountain where this property is located within The Santa Lucia Preserve. Views to the north reach to the Pacific Ocean with Penon Peak in the foreground. The structures are surrounded by two hundred year old heritage oaks and gardens of lavender. A prevailing breeze from the ocean adds to the serenity and peacefulness of the amazing estate. In addition to the northern view, one can enjoy views of mountain ranges, woods and valleys that encompass the incredible scale of The Santa Lucia Preserve.
The Old California style of architecture and design dictated the use of numerous handmade materials including roof tiles, redwood window frames with an aged patina and a massive four foot arched entry door accented with aged iron trim. Only weathered and patina copper and brass, nothing shiny, nothing new and nothing made by machine were used during the construction of the houses. These features compliment the stucco and stone exterior of the houses.
