The Dale Engstrom-led Kingsburg City Band showcases a "Musical Journey Through Time" in its second concert of the 2018 season. The evening's guest artist is Dr. Jay Crone, euphonium, playing the first and third movements from "Tres Fados." On a lighter note, the band premieres its rendition of Leroy Anderson's "The Typewriter," featuring local typewriterist Randy McFarland. The program ends with John Philip Sousa's stirring "Stars and Stripes Forever."
