Space March is the creative identity of Australian synthpop musician, digital designer and artist – Craig Simmons. Through the Space March identity, the various creative disciplines are stitched together by music. Not only is Space March a musical recording act producing songs and albums, but Simmons’ design work has been specialised in the music industry for his entire working career.
Space March is one of the few synthpop acts to receive acclaim in the indie scene having scored top spots in both the Chicago Reader's year-end list and New York’s Village Voice Pazz and Jop poll.
In 2011, Space March teamed-up with multi-platinum producer Mark Saunders (The Cure, Erasure, Depeche Mode, Tricky, A-ha) to mix and add production to tracks from the Monumental album - a collection of 12 songs and digital artworks by Simmons.
