For a more detailed post with photographs, along with other creative content related to home entertaining, food, fashion, weddings, technology, and the art of succeeding as creative entrepreneurs visit our website at http://www.togetherinstyle.com Recipe Ingredients 2.5 Lbs Country Style Ribs 1 Tablespoon Curry 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon Salt 1 Teaspoon Pepper 1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt Chopped up fresh Ginger 1 Jar of Goya Guava Jelly 1/2 Cup Chilli Sauce 1.5 Cups of Orange Juice 2 teaspoons Worcester Sauce Recipe Directions... Sprinkle all of the dry spices onto the ribs and coat them well. Poor the liquids including the Orange Juice, the Chilli, Sauce, 2 teaspoons of Worchester sauce, and an entire jar of Guava Jelly into the Crock Pot and stir it well until the jelly is broken up. Place all the ribs evenly into the bottom of the slow cooker and put the top on. Cook on high for 6 hours.

                • Crispy Pork Belly Traeger Grill

                  Recipe Pork Belly Carrots, Celery, Onion, Garlic, and Potatoes Beer or Liquid of Choice Salt and Pepper or Preferred Pork Rub Cut veggies and place in bottom of pan. With a sharp knife cut thin full length strips in the pork belly and rub down with olive oil and rub down with desired rub. Preheat grill to at least 450f and cook uncovered for 30 mins. After lower temp to 300 to 325f and cook for several hours. Keep an eye on the liquid to make sure it doesn't all evaporate and start to burn. The skin should be crispy but if it isn't you can remove and place directly on the grill for a few minutes to finish the belly off. Let rest at least 15 minutes and enjoy
